- 📅 Availability: Extra nights are approved based on the apartment’s availability.
- 🕐 Request: Please submit your request at least 24 hours before your original checkout date.
- 💳 Payment: Charged per night, directly through AnyBNB — no platform fees.
- 🧾 Pricing: All prices are final and include all legal taxes, such as the overnight stay tax and municipal fee.
- ℹ️ Discounts: No additional discounts apply, as the rates are already net and reduced.
💡 If you wish to keep the same apartment, please submit your request as soon as possible. Confirmation depends on availability for the following days.
